to answer you questions ..yes boycotting is right..it's a peaceful and very effective way to make a point and to teach them a lesson for what they have done.....and it works..

yeah we do have substitutes of the Danish products...and even if we don’t have some of the products ..nevertheless we can manage to survive..we won't die if we don’t eat Danish cheese/milk/cream would we? ;)

i am with you in that it's important to educate the other side about our religion ..about our prophet and what a great human being and leader he was..but that doesn't mean we stop the boycott...at least not before they get the message loud and clear..that they should respect others and their believes..

and it may seems a small step but its causing them loss of milloins..and dont forget that a journey of a thousand miles starts with a small step..:)

One of my friends threw away all the Danish products she had at home!!..now I find that very silly !...The whole purpose of boycotting is to cause a lose to the Danish companies and not to us!..i my self stopped buying Danish products ..but I didn’t threw any thing I already had!! ..
now German, France, Belgium ,Iceland, Italy also published the cartoons … for example does that mean we have to throw away our German cars and machines that we already have?..this is simply stupid…

Back to Nawras ..if what you say is true ..then it would be stupid to boycott them or any other company that have more local shares for that matter …because then the boycotting won’t affect them that much as it would affect us!...

And regarding Arabic papers slashing Israel ..well we too tolerated them and westerns calling us Muslims terrorists..backwards..narrow-minded and so on…but that’s totally a different story….because now they have touched the greatest personality that concerns us as Muslims …they are insulting our beloved prophet ..how can we tolerate that?!!....
on the other hand we have never disrespected any of their holly figures or their religions and believes did we?...on the contrary we love and respect both saydna Moosa (Moses) and saydna 3esa (Jesus) peace be upon them …ok maybe we don’t agree with them in certain issues of their believes..but still we never made fun of them...did we?

Regarding the burning of the Danish embassy ...as per my knowledge it was Syrians who did that…and I feel disgusted too and sad …we should all condemn such acts …because it surely gives Muslims a very bad image...i believe violence is never a solution..on the contrary it worsens the matters and widens the gab between all of us!!...violence is barbaric and it destroys any chance we might have to sort things out peacefully with the other side…

They ask for freedom of speech and they claim to be a part of a civilized world …..tell me now if we write a bout someone..in papers calling him names and accusing him of doing a crime!..can that be passed as freedom of speech?!... of course not!...because this person will sue the paper and take it to the court..right!..so how can they accuse the greatest of them all whom billions love and cherish..how could they insult someone who has billions to defend him with their lives ?!...that’s why things got out of proportion…

If only there was a court that we can take this matter in to!!.. but hey there is one court and it’s the greatest court of them all....its the court of Allah (swt)...and all we can say for now (7asbona Allah howa ne3ma alwakeel..

The bottom line is there should be a message that should get spread world wide loud and clear...that goes like this:
(we all are different...accept this with an open heart.....it is a part of our beautiful world to be different and unique...but remember in order to be respected and appreciated please respect and appreciate others)...and this is what I call the true civilized world...
